Mix mascarpone, eggs and sugar in a bowl.

Keep on mixing the ingredients until you get a soft and compact cream.

Prepare the coffee with sugar. (Opt. add Rhum or any liquor you prefer). Let it cool down completely.

Use lady fingers biscuits.

Dip them in the coffee for 1 second and squeeze them gently to get rid of the extra liquid. Place in the bowl/glass you like.

Stir 1 tablespoon of cream on top and repeat with another layer of biscuits dipped in coffee.

Add the last layer of cream.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy!
